Description
Update Docusaurus to 3.6.3 and enable the "Docusaurus Faster" configuration
Also fix some build warnings caused by unused babel config file and nested
tags in generated HTML

Note: As the document explains the config option has "experimental" in its name, but the feature itself is considered "robust and well-tested" and already used on the main Docusaurus site
